Henry Ryan botanical lithograph. Rough Sketches from Nature #24 c1860.

$90.00

Folio-size Nature Sketch. Lithograph No. 24 by Henry Ryan.

Original lithograph by Henry Ryan for “Rough Sketches from Nature” published in Nottingham  circa 1860 by C. Wheatley, with later hand-colour. This informal study of nature is quite different from the usual specimen or arrangement of flowers. It is quite refreshing in its format and presentation of the countryside.

Page size: 425 x 280mm (16.75 x 11 inches).
