Antique print of Tawny Owl or Brown Owl c1927.

Original lithograph printed in colour by Wilhelm von Wright. Published in Stockholm between 1924 and 1929 by A. Bortzells for self-taught Finnish natural history artists, brothers Magnus von Wright (1805-1868), Wilhelm Von Wright (1810-1887) and Ferdinand von Wright (1822-1905).

This lithograph has evidence of previous framing (without U/V glass) as the centre section has darkened in tone. This would not show if framed to same or smaller size. Bargain price therefore…
Page size is approximately 37.5 x 27 cm (14 7/8 x 10 3/4 inches)
